Our first 100 MW HYPRPlant has shipped to Infinium’s Project Roadrunner in Pecos, Texas. The landmark project is expected to produce 23,000 tonnes of eFuels per year and will be the world’s largest eFuels facility. Prior to shipment, the HYPRPlant skids were assembled, hydro-tested and completed a rigorous quality process at Electric Hydrogen’s partner skid fabrication shop in Texas. The HYPRPlant is currently in construction at the Roadrunner site.

The Pioneer plant runs the world’s most powerful PEM electrolyzer stack using Electric Hydrogen’s advanced proprietary technology, as validated by DNV. At one-tenth the size of Electric Hydrogen’s commercial HYPRPlant, Pioneer played a vital role in proving and de-risking the manufacturing, fabrication, field assembly and commissioning of HYPRPlant. Pioneer contains most of the exact same components as HYPRPlant such as the electrolyzers, power systems and process design. It was delivered, assembled and commissioned in under 5 months.
