Plants at Work

Our first 100MW Plant is being fabricated at Electric Hydrogen’s partner skid fabrication shop in Texas. Skids are assembled, hydro-tested and undergo a rigorous quality process in advance of shipment to the customer site. Deployment to the project site will begin in early 2025 with first hydrogen scheduled for later in 2025.

Also known as Pioneer Plant, the 10MW plant runs the world’s highest power PEM electrolyzer stack using Electric Hydrogen’s advanced proprietary technology. At exactly one-tenth of Electric Hydrogen’s commercial product, the plant played a vital role in proving and de-risking the manufacturing, fabrication, field assembly and commissioning of the 100MW Plant. Pioneer contains most of the exact same components as the 100MW Plant such as the electrolyzers, power systems and process design.  It was delivered, assembled and commissioned in under 5 months.

The 1MW Plant is the company’s first electrolyzer plant deployment and was instrumental in developing Electric Hydrogen’s plant-wide controls and safety design. It has been running since 2022.
